Carolina Montoya works with architect husband Fernando, to create unique designer cakes in their South Florida showroom. Inspired by the dynamic creations she saw on Food Network, Montoya set about the task of combining her culinary skills with the meticulous attention to detail required to craft architectural scale models. The result is a breathtaking array of sculptural cakes as amazing as anything seen on television.
Carolina worked with Kreëmart to produce Anselm Reyle’s neon sculpture with edible frosting that glowed blue, for Miami Art Basel.
