Guido Mogni

Chef Guido Mogni was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a child, his family lived in China and Germany before eventually settling in Italy. He began his career working as an apprentice at the Original Sant Ambroeus in Milano. He continues working at Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach as their head pastry chef and has partnered with Kreëmart on a number of happenings over the past 10 years, most notably with Leandro Erlich for the “American Patrons of the Tate at Haunch of Venison,” building a one-to-one replica of the famous Mies Van Der Rohe Barcelona Daybed. Mogni also worked with Kreëmart on Marina Abramovic’s “Golden Lips” and “Silver Nose” project, Maurizio Cattelan “Bubblegum Cigarettes,” Mariko Mori “A Pearl for Oneness” and Janaina Tschape “There is a Pink Cloud for You.”
