All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of original and limited-edition artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Product Use Disclaimer
Please note that some items, including those that are chocolates or sweets, are for display only and not safe for consumption. Refunds will not be issued for misuse or for assuming these items are edible. We strongly advise reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kreemart.com. We require photos of the damaged packaging and artwork to initiate a claim with FedEx.
We will work with you to resolve the issue — including replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item is damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced
- The item is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by FedEx
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank.
